You promptly confirmed receipt of the order, e-mailed a link to the software
download, provided me with the program serial number, and shipped out the

Hi Amy,
Thanks for writing to me and letting me know the status with this delivery. I
was just sitting down to write you a email to let you know it has not arrived
yet.
I would like for your supervisor to receive a copy of this email I am now
writing. You are an asset to onlinedist. Right from the beginning you, when I
won the bid for this item you informed me when the item was shipped, who the
shipper was and when to expect delivery. Than when I wrote to let you know that
I had not received the item, you took it into your own hands and called the
shipper with our concerns. Even today you called DHL to confirm that they had
delivered as promised (which they did not).
I would like for your company to know that they have a employee who is one in a
million. I also believe that you may be one of the reasons they have a
successful company. Your on top of things, dedicated and show appreciation and

Many problem solving principles are explained in
these classes that are based the duality of all things in life ... Night /
Day, Man / Woman, War / Peace, etc. ... The Teachings are based on
various Spiritual Leaders, Scientists, Cosmologists (even Quantum
Physics), Various Authors on Creative Thinking and also our own twist on the problem solving
model (or
for example, accomplishing a goal) to help all of our participants in this
quest for achieving their
unique "Oasis in Chaos" or purpose in life.
Below is an example of principles that were
developed by 2 Ph. D's over a period of 25 years!
- All things are Unique no matter
how similar!
- How often do you pre-judge someone because of
their race/color/creed and found out later that you were completely
wrong about this person’s character – thus the cliché' “Don’t judge the book by its
cover”.
- Remember to treat all things as unique issues / problems / personalities!
- Always try to define the purpose
of what ever you’re trying to accomplish!
- Once you find the purpose, all other trivial
issues will automatically vanish as a path to seek the truth or
goal!
- Work the plan backwards from the
Purpose or goal and find the key factors of success in
order to reach your goal!
- When you start from the purpose or goal, you
will eliminate all other factors that will not contribute to your
destination. Also, you can achieve valuable information from others
that were successful and not have to “re-invent the wheel”!
- Everything is a part of a larger System
and every system is part of many unique sub-systems!
- “What goes around comes around”. Since,
everything is connected then when you make a change – any change –
this will affect the macro-system as well as the micro-system.
- Don’t get caught up in too much detail – “Analysis Paralysis”!
- Too often we get paralyzed in analyzing too
much detail and not take action – intuitive ideas often gets us
there faster than pain-staking analysis.
- Always consider “People Factor”
in the system with great care and you don’t want them to prevent you
from reaching your goal!
- Only thru people will you reach your goal and
always be kind and speak the truth!
- Last but not least, always plan for re-inventing and maintaining the system – preventive maintenance
– as nothing stands still … ever revolving, ever evolving!
